These ER physicians and hospitalists visit NCCH on a rotating basis. A core group of physicians have 24-hour shifts in the ER and a lead Nurse Practitioner, and others, staffing shifts on the Medical Floor. Many of these physicians have 20 to 30 years of experience, with some who have worked at large academic centers.
