Willcox is a small rural town located in the southeastern part of Arizona. While the town is small the hospitality is huge. Surrounded by southwestern and Native American influence, Willcox is a unique town. Hometown of the "Arizona Cowboy," Rex Allen and host to the Rex Allen Museum and Willcox Cowboy Hall of Fame, Willcox offers residents a rural lifestyle with easy access to city amenities; Tucson is 80 miles west on I-10. Willcox is an agricultural community with traditional crops, orchards and U-Pick farms. At one time, Willcox was known as the cattle-shipping capital of the nation with the largest number of cattle shipped from the rail head.
